Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the City of Edinburgh for a Property Manager. The Property Manager will oversee day-to-day operations including property maintenance coordination, tenant relations, and lease management. Key responsibilities include conducting property inspections, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing tenancy agreements, and liaising with clients to address property concerns. The role also involves identifying and implementing necessary property improvements and efficiently managing budgets.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in property management software and basic financial oversight
  • Proven knowledge of property laws, regulations, and compliance standards
  • Customer service and conflict-resolution skills to manage tenant and client relationships
  • Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and work independently in a dynamic environment
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
