Location: City of Edinburgh
Moda Living Ltd in Edinburgh is seeking a full-time Leasing Associate for a 6 month contract to meet lease up targets and manage the re-let process of apartments. In this dynamic role, you will ensure an exceptional leasing experience for residents and work closely with the Leasing Manager to achieve KPIs and maintain the building's reputation.
The ideal candidate will have a background in residential property and possess excellent communication skills, a proactive nature, and the ability to multitask effectively.
