Additional Resources is seeking a Senior Block Manager / Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential blocks, maintain client relationships, and manage compliance and service charges. The role is full-time with UK-wide responsibilities and a salary of £35,000–£45,000 plus benefits.
The successful candidate will chair AGM meetings, liaise with freeholders and leaseholders, conduct site inspections, prepare budgets, and coordinate major works. A valid UK driving licence is essential.
