Moat is seeking a proactive Neighbourhood Services Manager to join our team at Mariner House, Dartford, covering the Sevenoaks area. You will manage tenancies and leases, oversee estate services, and respond to antisocial behaviour and tenancy breaches.
You will build strong resident relationships, work with contractors and agents, conduct estate inspections and ensure services meet housing standards. A housing qualification or willingness to study is preferred, with a full UK driving licence
