Property Manager – Edinburgh

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join a growing Edinburgh team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with residential property management experience who is looking for greater autonomy, career progression and the support of a collaborative team.

The Role

You'll manage your own portfolio of residential properties, acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants.

Responsibilities include:

* Managing repairs, maintenance and contractor relationships.

* Ensuring properties remain compliant with current Scottish legislation, including HMO requirements where applicable.

* Coordinating re-lets, tenancy renewals, inspections and rent reviews.

* Resolving tenant and landlord queries while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

* Working closely with specialist lettings, accounts and inspections teams to ensure the smooth running of your portfolio.

* Participating in an on-call rota and occasional Saturday morning rota.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

* Previous residential property portfolio management experience.

* HMO knowledge (preferred but not essential).

* Excellent organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.

* A full UK driving licence.

* ARLA/LETWELL qualification
