Grade and Compensation

Grade UE05: £29,588 – £33,951 per annum (fixed‑term 12 months: 1 August 2026 to 31 July 2027)
• full‑time: 35 hours per week.

Job Description

We are looking for a Clinical Trials Delivery Coordinator to work within the Edinburgh Clinical Trials Unit (ECTU). The role involves supporting the operational delivery of a portfolio of clinical trials, ensuring they are delivered on time and comply with strict regulatory requirements. You will work closely with investigators, research nurses and clinical staff in a friendly and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the operational delivery of clinical trial studies.
  • Ensure trials meet regulatory timelines and quality standards.
  • Coordinate trial activities across multiple sites.
  • Maintain accurate trial documentation and reports.
Qualifications
  • At least one year of experience in clinical trials or a related research environment.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice and NHS trial processes is desirable.
