Gen is seeking a Principal User Researcher to own the research strategy for the Partner organisation, a key area undergoing transformation. You will lead high-impact research across partner products and journeys, shaping activation and onboarding experiences for both partners and end users.
You will collaborate with the wider research team and senior stakeholders, establishing who the end users are and building the research practice from the ground up.
