. A fantastic opportunity to join Scotland’s first and only Le Petit Beefbar Restaurant at The Inter Continental Edinburgh The George on a full-time contract. You will earn £12.83 per hour – equal to £26,686.40 salary, plus service charge.

• As a Commis Chef, assist the Chef De Parties and wider Kitchen team to provide excellent culinary experiences for guests, prep food for service, and prepare essential elements of dishes.

• Passion for providing excellent culinary experiences and previous experience in a kitchen as a Chef or Apprentice Chef
• Motivation for a career within a kitchen, keen to learn and grow
• Passion for providing luxury experiences and willingness to go above and beyond to personalise guests’ stays
• Ability to work well in a team with guests as the focus

To succeed as a Commis Chef, you will need to demonstrate a passion for luxury culinary experiences and the ability to work well within a team focused on guest satisfaction.
