As Head Chef, you’ll lead a passionate kitchen team with precision, pride, and creativity. You’ll be responsible for delivering consistently high‑quality dishes, bringing fresh ideas to the table, and maintaining the relaxed but polished food experience our guests love.

• Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations
• Lead on food quality, consistency, innovation, and presentation
• Mentor, coach, and support your team to develop and thrive
• Collaborate with the wider senior team on menu evolution
