LocationLeith, Edinburgh – a waterfront area close to Edinburgh Castle and the Royal Yacht Britannia.
Salary & Hours£12.30 per hour + Tronc. 30 hours per week (flexible shifts).
Responsibilities• Serve as the face of the restaurant, controlling flow and communicating with the kitchen and management to ensure a smooth dining experience.
• Work a range of shifts; typical busier times are evenings and weekends.
• Assist in training staff and help deliver high‑quality service.
• Excellent customer‑service attitude.
• Willingness to learn new skills and use national apprenticeships if offered.
• Experience is welcome, but not essential; passion for service is key.
