The Old Forge is recruiting a couple to join its kitchen team for the upcoming season on the Knoydart peninsula.

• Seasonal, full-time roles with accommodation suitable for a couple provided
• Staff meals included
• Pay discussed at interview

• One position as Cook or Sous Chef within the kitchen team.
• One position as Kitchen Porter supporting daily service.
• Preparing and cooking food to a consistent standard.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen.
• Working closely with colleagues during busy service periods.
• Supporting a professional and friendly kitchen environment.

• Full time seasonal roles.
• Based on site at The Old Forge in Knoydart.
• Accommodation suitable for a couple provided.

• Previous kitchen or hospitality experience.
• A positive and dependable attitude.
• Willingness to work as part of a small team in a remote location.
• Strong work ethic and practical approach.
• Right to work in the UK is essential.
