We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join the team at The National Museum of Scotland

Museum Kitchen is open daily from 10 AM to 5 PM. The kitchen serves food from 11 AM to 3 PM. Chef's team also provides daytime catering and evening events on-site.

We

Rate: £13.5 per hour

Shifts:

5 days out of 7/ Mon
- Fri/ Weekends

Contract:

Full Time/ Part Time/ Permanent/ Temporary

About the Chef de Partie role:

• Food preparation, stock rotation and food labelling
• Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all time
• Chef academy training available to improve your chef skills

The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Chef de Partie within a fast-paced, high volume kitchen.
