Job Overview
Brightwork Ltd is recruiting temporary PVG Chefs for healthcare sites in Edinburgh and the Lothians. The role involves meal preparation, cooking, stock control and HAACP duties.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation and cooking of all meals
- Stock control and inventory management
- Executing HAACP procedures and maintaining food safety standards
- Adapting to variable work hours including weekends, weekdays and shift flexibility
- Previous chef experience
- Ideally qualified to SVQ Level 2 or equivalent
- Valid food hygiene certificate (elementary minimum)
- Flexibility with shift times and variable hours
Pay rate: £16.00 to £18.00 per hour.
Hours:
Variable, including weekends, Monday‑Friday or mixed shifts.
