A community-focused cultural organization in Scotland is seeking an enthusiastic chef to lead and manage their cafe, developing an exciting new identity aligned with sustainability principles. The role involves designing seasonal menus utilizing local produce, managing the cafe staff, and leading community-driven initiatives. This is a permanent position with a salary of £28,000 for 4 days a week, located in Taigh Chearsabhagh on the Isle of North Uist.
