We are currently seeking an experienced Sous Chef, who is enthusiastic and driven, to help lead the team at Six by Nico. The role involves working closely with the Head Chef to oversee the kitchen operation, supervising the team, and coordinating the delivery of high quality food in a busy, fast-paced environment. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our unique concept, with menus changing every 6 weeks.

• Have the ability to control and oversee the seasoning, portioning and appearance of the food served
• Demonstrate and promote teamwork within the kitchen and front of house
• Excellent communication and the ability to lead and also work well with others
• Have a good knowledge & understanding of food, modern food preparation techniques and food safety
• Be committed to delivering first class service
• Have a positive attitude and ability to multitask
• Have good organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure
