The Manor Arms Inn is seeking a skilled, ambitious, and passionate Sous Chef to join our kitchen team and help drive our two‑rosette operation forward.

As Sous Chef, you will play a key leadership role within the kitchen
Your responsibilities will include:
- Culinary leadership:Supporting the Head Chef in maintaining two‑rosette standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation.
- Menu development:Contributing ideas and creativity to seasonal menu development, specials, and event menus.
- Team management:Training, mentoring, and motivating junior chefs, helping to build a positive, professional kitchen culture.
- Kitchen operations:Supporting stock control, ordering, GP management, and kitchen organisation.
- Health & safety:Maintaining excellent food hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times.
- Service & events:Assisting in delivering smooth, high‑quality service, including weddings and private events.
- Salary package up to £44,500 per year
- Approx. £7,000 tronc based on 2025 averages
- Two AA Rosette kitchen
