Bonnie & Wild is looking for a confident and energetic Duty Manager with a passion for people, customer service, and Scotland’s amazing food and drink.

We're looking for a confident and energetic Duty Manager to join our brilliant management team. This is an opportunity for an exceptional and ambitious hospitality personality to grow with one of the UK’s most dynamic hospitality brands.

We're looking for a team player who can offer direction and support. You’re also a hospitality professional who loves working with people, is passionate about food and drink, and who strives to deliver first-class customer service.

A thriving events programme means that you’ll also be tasked to work on events, from private dinners to major brand activations, wedding receptions to cooking contests, and with brands and organisations ranging from Bowmore to Bruichladdich, Edinburgh Beer Factory to Fierce Beer, Scotland Food & Drink to Edinburgh Chamber of Commerce.

Role Requirements:

The successful applicant will be able to:

  • Demonstrate their experience in a similar customer‑facing role
  • Be flexible with working hours as our venue is open from 9am to midnight
  • Demonstrate your passion for Scottish food and drink
  • Assist with HR responsibilities including recruitment, training and team development
  • Support the business as we work to meet energy and water reduction targets and reduce our carbon footprint
  • Act as an ambassador for Bonnie & Wild as we work collectively to champion Scotland’s amazing food and drink products and producers
  • Demonstrate their eligibility to work and live in the UK.
