Bar Staff - All Bar One - Edinburgh Airport

Serving a wide range of cocktails, beers, wine and coffee, All Bar One Edinburgh Airport is a 250‑seater, fast‑paced bar & restaurant. We are looking for experienced bar staff who love to work under pressure and are capable of delivering volume to a high standard. You must be able to work well as a team as well as delivering exceptional customer service.

Preferred but not essential.

As we are in the airport, opening hours are 4 am – 10 pm and the shift pattern for this role is 3:30 am – 12 pm, with regular weekend availability required.

Due to airport security reasons, a full five‑year background check will be carried out and a clean criminal record is essential. A passport or driver’s licence (full or provisional) is essential.

Responsible for all duties on the bar such as serving, dispensing drinks for the restaurant, making coffee and cocktails, general cleaning, deliveries, stock rotation, etc.

• Previous bar experience is preferred but not essential.
• A strong understanding of the English language is required.
• In‑house training will be given on our service, wine and cocktails, and a wide range of progression can be offered.
