A local government catering service in the United Kingdom is hiring a Cook to join their dedicated kitchen team. Responsibilities include food preparation, cooking, serving meals, and assisting in stock management. Candidates should ideally have an NVQ Level 2 in Catering and Hospitality and relevant experience. Knowledge of Health & Safety principles and a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2 are also needed.

This role offers the opportunity to deputize for the Unit Supervisor when needed.
