Kitchen Assistant​/Cook

Moore’s Fish & Chips is looking for a hardworking Kitchen Assistant to support our kitchen/frying team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining high standards.

• Preparing ingredients for service including fish.
• Assisting with food preparation and cooking.
• Washing dishes and kitchen equipment.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the kitchen.
• Restocking supplies and ingredients.
• Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
• Supporting the frying team during busy service periods.

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Good organisational skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends.
• Previous kitchen experience is beneficial but not essential.

Hours are a minimum 16 hours per week which include evenings and weekends.
