Barista

A fantastic opportunity for a Barista to join our team at Kimpton Charlotte Square on a 16-hour per week contract
. You will earn £13.28 per hour, plus service charge.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high‑quality guest experience by preparing a wide range of coffees and hot drinks
• Interact with guests and assist the wider F&B team to provide timely service
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold service standards in the café area
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, hygiene and brand standards

Qualifications:

• Experience working as a Barista or Coffee Maker in a restaurant, bar, café or hotel
• Knowledge of various coffee preparations and ability to accommodate dietary requirements
• Drive to produce results and deliver personal, human‑connection‑focused service
• A warm, authentic personality with a can‑do attitude and commitment to service
