Ottolenghi Edinburgh is seeking a pastry chef de partie to take ownership of the pastry section during service and production, producing pastries, desserts, and baked goods to Ottolenghi standards with consistency.
You will support and develop junior pastry team members, ensure food safety and hygiene standards, manage stock and rotation, and contribute to menu development in a fast-paced, collaborative kitchen.
