Mitchells & Butlers PLC, All Bar One Edinburgh Airport, is hiring a Kitchen Assistant to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly, keep areas clean, and assist the cookline during service. The role supports prep and dessert tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Typical shifts are 12pm–9pm or 5am–12pm, with weekend availability. Pay is £14 per hour plus tips. Benefits include staff parking, pension, and staff incentives such as share schemes.
