LGH Hotels Management Limited is seeking a Commis Chef to join the kitchen team at the Holiday Inn Edinburgh. You will support food preparation, rotate through sections (sauce, vegetables, fish and butchery) and learn under experienced Chef de Parties, building a solid foundation in a modern British/European menu environment.
You’ll be encouraged to ask questions, develop skills, and work with a supportive team focused on hygiene, safety and consistent service.
