Yellow 42 Recruitment is seeking a Head Chef for a family-run Gastro Pub in Pitlochry, Perthshire. You will lead a busy kitchen, manage a small team, and deliver fresh, seasonal dishes with attention to GP, budgets, and wastage.
The role offers a salary of £44.5k, potential tronc shares, and off-site accommodation with meals on duty. Immediate start available for 6 months; sponsorship is not available. This is a UK-wide opportunity in Scotland.
