Stonegate Group is recruiting a Kitchen Team Leader for Slug & Lettuce on George Street. The role will involve supporting the Kitchen Manager, mentoring the kitchen team, and ensuring high standards of food preparation and service in a fast-paced pub environment.
You will maintain COSHH, Food Safety and H&S compliance, while driving team development and maintaining a clean, safe and efficient kitchen. A proactive approach to improving kitchen performance is expected.
