Slug And Lettuce, George Street in Edinburgh, is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader to support the Kitchen Manager and drive the brigade in delivering high-quality dishes at our pub in the city centre.
You will coach and mentor kitchen staff, uphold COSHH, food safety and H&S standards, and contribute to stock management and efficient kitchen operations while maintaining a clean, hygienic environment. This is a great step for career development within Stonegate Group.
