• Be knowledgeable about Scottish cuisine and culture, entertaining, engaging, and empathetic with all of our customers on tour
• Manage the visits to our restaurant and food shop partners in the best way for our guests and our partners
• Troubleshoot and think on your feet when needed to make sure everything runs smoothly
• Small administrative responsibilities such as checking guests in and signing for numbers at the vendors

• You love Edinburgh, its food, its culture and people
• You have a charismatic personality with a sense of humor and a deep passion for food and travel.
• You are a strong storyteller in English
• You are flexible in working hours, including weekends
