The Holiday Inn Edinburgh is seeking a Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. At LGH Hotels Management, you will learn under senior chefs, support food preparation and basic cooking, and rotate through sauce, vegetables, fish and butchery to build a strong culinary foundation.
This role is ideal for someone starting out, passionate about food, and eager to develop skills in a structured, supportive environment within a bustling hotel kitchen.
