Marston’s is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team across one of our pubs. You’ll drive standards, develop and retain a motivated kitchen crew, and play a key role in the pub management team to deliver memorable guest experiences.
You’ll be responsible for upholding food quality, hygiene standards and a positive kitchen atmosphere, with opportunities to progress through our internal pathways and app-based training.
