JA The Bruntsfield Hotel in Edinburgh is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our luxury kitchen team. You will own your section and deliver exceptional dishes across the Neighbourhood restaurant, breakfast service, bar and events.
Collaborate with Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain high standards and drive culinary innovation. We value passion for food, strong kitchen operations knowledge and the ability to work calmly under pressure.
