Thomas Franks Scotland is seeking a Relief Chef Manager to lead and support our busy contract catering operations across the South M25 region and surrounding areas. You will manage kitchens at short notice, create seasonal menus, and work with fresh, local produce to maintain high standards.
Ideal candidates will have Head Chef or Chef Manager experience in contract catering, strong leadership, and a passion for excellent service and food quality in a fast-paced environment.
