The Hoxton Edinburgh is seeking an Events Sous Chef to help create memorable wedding and party menus and lead our events kitchen. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you’ll craft seasonal dishes that elevate every guest’s experience.
We’re looking for a creative leader who can manage events service, uphold top food hygiene standards, and work closely with the team to deliver exceptional hospitality.
