Mitchells & Butler's PLC is offering a full-time Kitchen Apprenticeship for aspiring chefs. You will train on the job, learn core cooking skills and work alongside passionate chefs to deliver quality dishes in a busy kitchen.
The Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship runs over 15 months, with work-based training and a mentor. Wage starts at £10.85 per hour for 18–20 year olds and £12.71 for 21+, with a nationally recognised qualification and clear progression opportunities across our brands.
