Klondyke is seeking a Full-time Restaurant Manager for our restaurant at Burnside Garden Centre. You will lead both front and back of house teams, ensure smooth service, and partner with the Head Chef to deliver outstanding food and guest experiences.
The role requires day-to-day rota planning, stock control, customer focus, and ensuring food hygiene standards. You’ll work 45 hours per week over 5 days, with weekend shifts but no evenings or split shifts, offering a healthy work/life balance.
