Upham Inns in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sous Chef to support the Head Chef and manage daily kitchen operations across our premium pubs in Southern England.
With at least 1 year of sous/senior sous experience, you will lead by example, train and develop junior chefs, handle stock and food orders, ensure high hygiene standards and consistently deliver quality dishes that align with our menus and recipes.
