Klarent Hospitality in Edinburgh is seeking a Sous Chef to join our fast-paced kitchen team. You will assist the Executive Chef, supervise junior staff, and ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation.
The ideal candidate holds a culinary qualification or equivalent experience, demonstrates excellent leadership and creativity, and is comfortable managing food costs and hygiene standards. Weekend availability is required.
