Flexible-Workforce-Solutions is launching a new hospitality concept in Edinburgh and seeks a hands-on Head Chef to lead the kitchen from the front, shaping service and culture from day one. You’ll be on the floor every shift, directing kitchen operations, delivering the menu to brand standards, controlling stock and food cost, and mentoring a growing kitchen team.
