Location: City of Edinburgh
wagamama is seeking a sous chef to lead shifts in a busy Edinburgh kitchen. You will work with the management team to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly, maintaining high standards and bold flavours across all dishes.
You’ll coach and develop staff, plan shifts, manage line duties, and monitor food safety, gross profit, stock and labour costs to keep the operation efficient and engaging for the team.
