Greene King is offering an Apprentice Chef program that combines full-time kitchen experience with a structured mentorship pathway. You will learn food preparation, cooking to spec, and kitchen hygiene while working across menus and promotions.
The scheme includes masterclasses through the Chef Academy, support with English and Maths functional skills, and regular reviews to track progress and development in a busy pub kitchen.
