Location: City of Edinburgh
The University of Edinburgh is seeking a Chef De Partie for Canopy Kitchen & Courtyard at the Edinburgh Futures Institute. Based in the Meadows, the role covers a busy Grab & Go cafe, a 70-cover restaurant serving brunch and dinner, and in-house daily production using seasonal Scottish ingredients.
Reporting to the Sous Chef, you will lead your section, ensure dishes meet recipes and safety standards, and help coach junior chefs.
