The Club Company is seeking a skilled Head Chef to lead our culinary team across our UK golf and country clubs. You will oversee all food production, banquet functions, and menu development, while managing food and labour budgets and ensuring top-quality standards.
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, you will recruit, train, and evaluate kitchen staff, uphold hygiene and safety, and plan menus for regular service and events, delivering a premium guest experience.
