Serving a wide rangeof Cocktails, Beers, Wine and Coffee’s, All Bar One Edinburgh Airport is a 250seater, fast paced Bar & Restaurant. We are looking for experienced Bar Staff who love to work under pressure and are capable of delivering volume to ahigh standard. You must be able to work well as a team as well has being ableto deliver exceptional customer service.
Cocktail / Bar experience is preferred but not essential.
As we are in the Airport, opening hours are 4am - 10pm and shift patterns for this role are3:30am – 12pm with regular weekend availability required.
Due to Airport Security reasons, a Full 5 year background check will be carried out anda Clean Criminal Record is essential.
A Passport or Drivers Licence (Full or Provisional) is essential
Responsibilities and DutiesResponsible for allduties on the bar such as, Serving, dispensing drinks for the restaurant, making Coffee's & Cocktails, general cleaning, deliveries, stock rotation etc.
Qualifications and Skills- Previous Bar experience is preferred but not essential
- A Strong understanding of the English Language is required
- In house training will be given on our Service, Wine and Cocktails and awide range of progression can be offered
