Senior Sous Chef

This is alongside raising over £1million for Action Against Hunger and being rated as one of the most sustainable groups in the country. As a Senior Sous Chef, you’ll work closely with the Head Chef to lead the kitchen team, running high standards day to day while helping shape the future of the kitchen.

• Work alongside the Head Chef to run the kitchen
• Manage day-to-day operations including service, prep and close
• Lead, train and inspire the team across all sections
• Take ownership of ordering, stock control and kitchen standards
• Be a role model for Hawksmoor values and food quality

• You’ve been a Sous Chef or Senior Sous in a quality, high-volume kitchen
• You’re a proven leader with strong people management skills
• You balance creativity with consistency and organisation
• You’re ready to step into a Head Chef role in the future
