Hiddenwell Luxury Wellness Retreat in Ardencote Manor is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. In the Head Chef's absence, you'll take responsibility for kitchen operations and ensure high standards of food quality and service.
You will lead, train and motivate the team, manage stock and supplier relations, and ensure hygiene and safety procedures are followed. Flexible shifts across 7 days, 45 hours per week, with weekday/weekend patterns.
