Waiter

The Witchery by the Castle, one of Scotland's most iconic dining destinations, is seeking an experienced Waiter to join its dedicated team.

Set within a collection of historic buildings dating back to 1595, at the gates of Edinburgh Castle, The Witchery is renowned for its dramatic interiors, candlelit atmosphere, and legendary hospitality. With richly decorated dining rooms and nine theatrical suites, it has become one of the most celebrated restaurant‑with‑rooms experiences in Scotland, attracting guests from around the world.

• The on-target earning potential for this role is £43,915 per annum, comprising a base salary of £13.00 per hour (based on 40 hours per week; £27,040 per annum), plus a substantial share of staff gratuities estimated at £16,875 per annum (paid weekly).
• Full-time permanent contract, 40 hours per week
• 28 days' holiday, rising to 32 days after 5 years' service
