Do you love food and are interested in coming a chef? This is a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn. You don’t need lots of experience, we’ll teach and support you.
What you’ll do- Work alongside our chefs and learn practical kitchen skills
- Help prepare, cook and present dishes for our menus
- Learn food safety, allergens and how a professional kitchen works
- Become more confident and take on more responsibility as you develop
- A paid, full time job with hands-on training
- Support from our team and UHI throughout your apprenticeship
- A recognised Diploma in Professional Cookery at SCQF level 5
- Real experience and skills to start your career in hospitality
Someone enthusiastic, reliable and keen to learn. Previous kitchen experience is not essential – a good attitude and an interest in food are what matters most.
