Rosa’s Thai in Edinburgh is seeking a confident Sous-Chef to join our growing group of restaurants. You’ll lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence, own the food, team, and standards, and ensure every dish, every service, every detail meets our high standards.
With strong Asian cuisine experience and a proven ability to work the wok, you’ll train juniors, keep prep and service clean, and help drive the kitchen forward while staying calm under pressure.
