Opaa! Food Management, Inc. is seeking a kitchen associate to prepare breakfast and lunch offerings, assist with serving lines, and participate in occasional catering. You will perform all kitchen positions as needed and ensure food is held at proper temperatures.
You will set up serving lines, follow recipes, operate standard kitchen equipment, maintain cleanliness, manage inventory with FIFO, and support the dining program in a fast-paced school environment.
