Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm
Contract: Full Time

We are currently recruiting for a friendly and professional Front of House Assistant to join our team in Edinburgh
. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, delivering exceptional customer service, and creating a welcoming experience for customers and visitors.

What you'll be doing

• Providing a warm and professional welcome to customers and guests
• Serving food, beverages, and refreshments to a high standard
• Operating tills and processing transactions accurately
• Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of front of house areas
• Supporting hospitality and catering services as required
• Assisting with the setup and clearing of service areas and events
• Ensuring excellent customer service is delivered at all times
• Following food safety, health and safety, and company procedures

What we're looking for

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in hospitality, retail, catering, or customer service is desirable
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A professional appearance and approach
